She has Completed Her Masters in Science Of Dietetics And Food Service Management from Delhi University She also Certified in Sports Nutrition & Weight Management From The American College of Sports Medicine.

Being a Fitness enthusiast herself she has personally spent years trying to figure out the best way to lose fat fast without giving up her favorite foods, and spent countless hours to improve her knowledge and become a Transformation Specialist.
